Cancellation Policy

Deposit must be paid by all customers in order to keep your appointment. It is not enough to cover our company and our therapist/s' income lost if you made a "no-show" case due to you locked their valuable open booing spot then no one else can book in, but at least it shows us your serious and commit. Gift-card holder and Pre-paid customer, your gift-card/Pre-paid credit will consider as your deposit down and will deduct equal amount if ever a no-show case occurred.
