Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit (non-refundable) is required for appointment reservation, otherwise it will treat as a walk-in-guest based on therapist availablity. 2. Deposit can be paid via Credit/Debit card, or Zelle/Venmo (MZ HOLISTICS LLC, 281-594-8403) by chosing "Offline Payment" to complete the online booking. 3. Prepaid/Membership/Package/Gift-card Customers please chose "Offline Payment" to complete the online booking (Gift-certificate screenshoot send us via text message for idenfitication). 4. All Spa polices apply for the best Health/Beauty Retreat experience you deserve in each of your visit.
