Cancellation Policy

For Gift-card holder and Pre-paid customer, your 50% of payment credit will consider as your deposit, and the cancellation or rescheduling policy will apply. 10~15mins early arrival prior your appointment time are required to avoid your session being rushed and/or lose of your session time.
