Cancellation Policy

Read our "Booking-Policy" page carefully before submit your appointment. 50% deposit must paid for all clients in order to reserve your appointment spot. Gift-card holder, package, membership, other pre-paid customers, 50% of the full rate of service/s will take from your payment credit to consider as your security deposit, and Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-Show policy will apply. 10~15mins early arrival prior your appointment time are required to avoid your session being rushed and/or lose of your session minutes.
