Cancellation Policy

* Read "Booking-Policy" page before submitting the appointment. * Deposit must paid online/offline as your commit to your selected session therapist. * Prepaid cusomers (Membership, Package, Gift-card holder) please chose "Offline Payment" option to complete the booking, the amount of deposit will withhold from your payment credit, no refund if a cancellation/rescheduling/no-show case which against our policy. * 10 mins early arrival prior your appointment time, to avoid the session being rushed and/or lose some of the session minutes. The appointment time is the session start time.
