Traditional Chinese Medicine recorded that our feet has 64 reflex area zones, and there are also the 3 Foot Yin Meridians (Foot ShaoYin Kidney, Foot TaiYin Spleen, Foot JueYin Liver) and 3 Foot Yang Meridians (Foot TaiYang Bladder; Foot YangMing Stomach; Foot ShaoYang Gallbladder) where to start and all go through the feet. To stimulate these areas/zones and the acupressure point along with those Meridians on the feet will effectively correspond to our systemic organs.
