1. Deposit must paid via online/offline Credit/Debit card, or offline Zelle/Venmo (account info: 281-594-8403, MZ HOLISTICS LLC) by select "Offline Payment" option. 2. Store Giftcard-holder, Membership, Package, or other prepaid customers please select "Offline Payment" option with a note in "Message" area about your paid status. 3. All other Spa polices also must follow in order your appointment being accepted and best experience you deserve from each of your visit.
