2) Deposit is required for appointment reservation (non-refundable). Choose "Online Payment" and paid via Credit/Debit card, or "Offline Payment" via Zelle or Venmo (acct info: MZ HOLISTICS LLC, 281-594-8403). Third party processing fee 3.95% applies to Offline Credit/Debit card payment.
3) Non-Deposit appointment will be considered as a Walk-in-Guest subject to availability.
4) Membership, Package, Gift-card holders, and other prepaid clients: Please select "Offline Payment" and deposit amount will deducted from the credit.
