Cancellation Policy

1) Appointment time is the session start time, please arrive 15 minutes early for each visit. 2) Deposit (non-refundable) is required for appointment reservation; Choose "Online Payment" via Credit/Debit card, or "Offline Payment" via Zelle or Venmo (Account info: MZ HOLISTICS LLC, 281-594-8403). All Offline Credit/Debit card payment has 3.95% third party processing fee applies. 3) Non-Deposit appointment will be considered as a Walk-in-Guest subject to availability. 4) Prepaid Customers (Membership, Package, Gift-card) - Please select "Offline Payment" and make a note in the "message" area for verification, the deposit amount will deducted from the paid credit. 5) Follow other "Spa Polices" for the best Health/Beauty Retreat experience that you deserve each visit.
