Service Description
Prenatal massage benefits: Reduced anxiety, decreased leg and back pain, improved circulation, better sleep, and reduced swelling. Postnatal massage benefits: Faster recovery, reduced muscle tension, hormone regulation, and relaxation during your postpartum journey. Our therapists are trained in pregnancy positioning with techniques safe for all trimesters (with doctor's approval), providing relief from pregnancy-related back pain, swelling, and stress. We also welcome new mothers seeking postnatal recovery massage.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment time is your session start time, please arrive 10 minutes early on each visit. 2. Deposit (non-refundable) is required for appointment reservation, otherwise it will be treated as a walk-in-guest based on therapist availability. 3. Deposit can be paid via Credit/Debit card, or Zelle/Venmo (MZ HOLISTICS LLC, 281-594-8403) by choosing "Offline Payment" to complete the online booking. 4. Prepaid/Membership/Package/Gift-card Customers please choose "Offline Payment" to complete the online booking (Gift-certificate screenshot send us via text message for identification). 5. All Spa polices apply for the best Health/Beauty Retreat experience you deserve in each of your visits.
