1. Non-refundable-Deposit is required for appointment reservation, otherwise it will treat as a walk-in-guest based on our therapist availablity. Deposit can be paid via Credit/Debit card, or Zelle/Venmo (acct Name: MZ HOLISTICS LLC, #: 281-594-8403) with chosing "Offline Payment" to complete your online booking.
2. Prepaid/Membership/Package/Gift-card-holder Customer, please chose "Offline Payment" to complete your online booking (Text over your gift-certificate screenshoot so we can check the idenfitication for qualification in use).
